PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Requests for prescription refills can be placed at any time. You can call the refill line directly at 520-888-3177.

Please leave your first and last name, your pet's name and the names of all medications to be refilled. If you would like your prescription phoned in to a pharmacy, please leave the pharmacy name, phone number, and each medications' prescription number. If you are requesting the refill to be phoned in to a pharmacy for the first time, there will be no prescription number.

Please allow 24-hour notice in order for us to refill your pet's medications, as we do not function solely as a pharmacy. All medications will be available after 4:00 p.m. the day following your request. Requests placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will not be available until 4:00 p.m. the following Monday. Requests placed on holidays will not be available until 4:00 p.m. the next business day.
