Fenway Chang, BVM

Emergency Medicine

Dr. Fenway Chang grew up in Taiwan and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian by the time she was 10 years old. She received her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 from National Taiwan University. Dr. Chang came to the United States and gained her Educational Commission for Foreign Graduates in 2008. She completed an Emergency and Critical Care internship at the Animal Emergency Center and Specialty Service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2009 and joined our emergency team at SAVSEC in 2010.

Dr. Chang has special interests in feline medicine, surgery and bleeding disorders. She shares her home with her cat Baby and enjoys biking, swimming, reading, traveling and Chinese Opera.
